We enhanced our food and beverage and service offerings. We have introduced a comprehensive food and beverage program, including a new breakfast program, which invites guests to Power Up their mornings. In addition, we are rolling out a new service style, Dare to Connect, designed to enable our hotel team members to make personal connections with guests to better meet the evolving needs of today’s modern business traveler. We view our guests as people, not transactions, and want to bring humanity to business travel.

MOMENTUM by Timo Weiland for Crowne Plaza, our uniform collection developed in partnership with Cintas, made its official debut during fall 2016 New York Fashion Week, and has been distributed to more than 20,000 hotel team members.
